I agree to participate in a 30-minute interview as part of The Soul-Driven Author Summit.

I will promote the event to my audience through email and social media.

I agree to pay a $47 deposit which will I understand will be refunded promptly when ten people register using my referral link.

If I cancel within 30 days of the event, the deposit will become nonrefundable.

I will receive 50% of revenue from VIP ticket sales made through my referral link.

I will receive 10% of revenues from any and all subsequent purchases made by parties who register for this event using my referral link.

I grant The Soul-Driven Author the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, distribute, and sell the recording of my interview and any materials provided for the event. The Soul-Driven Author may may edit and repurpose the recording or my interview for marketing and educational purposes.

I retain copyright of the original content that I provide.

My presentation and materials will not infringe on any third-party rights.

I will not hold the organizer liable for any technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control that may affect the event.
